If you have a complaint about the way your personal information has been handled, you should contact the Pharmacy Guild. If you are not satisfied with the organisation’s response, you may then be able to complain to the Privacy Commissioner, provided you have put your complaint to the relevant organisation in writing and given them a reasonable chance to respond (usually 30 days).
